Enrique Kaibel Anaya

Enrique Kaibel Anaya has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Plant Manager and Program Manager at Bosal since July 2013. Responsibilities include leading project teams to achieve key performance indicators related to financials, technical specifications, quality, and delivery deadlines. Previous roles at Bosal include Process Development Engineer, where Enrique defined and implemented manufacturing processes, and Product Development Engineer, focusing on product specifications and cross-department collaboration. Enrique also worked as a CAD Engineer, designing exhaust systems for various vehicles. Prior experience includes a position as CAD Engineer at Proxecam, designing control and welding jigs, as well as molds for automotive components.
