Dr. Dierk Bolten

Dr. Dierk Bolten is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor and automotive industries, currently serving as Manager of Silicon Foundry Operations and Product Manager for Automotive ASICs at Bosch Automotive NA since February 2016. Dr. Bolten is adept at managing quality and yield excursions, leading engineering teams, and driving improvement projects. Prior experience includes roles at GLOBALFOUNDRIES where responsibilities encompassed process integration and prototype development, and leadership in manufacturing process integration for various technology nodes. Earlier positions at Conergy AG, Seagate Technology, and the Advanced Mask Technology Center involved process optimization, metrology development, and data analysis. Dr. Bolten holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a Master's degree in Physics from The University of Göttingen, complemented by participation in an exchange program at the University of California, Berkeley.
