Santhosh Subbarao

Santhosh Subbarao has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Santhosh currently works at Bosch Global Software Technologies as the Head of Engineering, where they are responsible for leading the engineering team. Prior to this, they held positions such as Senior Program Manager and Senior Manager at Bosch Global Software Technology, where they focused on cross-sectional collaboration and strategic cooperation in product development for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).

Before joining Bosch, Santhosh worked at Robert Bosch GmbH as a Program Manager and Location Manager, where they led the simulation and virtualization topic across the business unit. Santhosh also worked at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions as a Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Associate Project Manager, where they were responsible for leading teams and delivering successful software projects.

Santhosh started their career at Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Software Engineer, where they were a core member of the R&D team and worked on enhancing features for the Tally Accounting Software. Santhosh also worked at Kannada Ganaka Parishat as a Software Engineer.

Santhosh Subbarao holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. Santhosh also obtained an Engineer's Degree in Information Science & Engineering from Kalpataru Institute of Technology, TIPTUR, between 1997 and 2001. In addition to their education, Santhosh has received certifications in Leadership Development from Bosch and Project Management from Robert Bosch India in 2021 and 2013 respectively.
