Sharath Sasidharan

Sharath Sasidharan is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the automotive and power grid sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Team Lead for Talent Acquisition at Bosch Global Software Technologies since January 2022, Sharath previously held roles at Hitachi Energy and ABB, managing recruitment activities across multiple regions and business lines. With a strong background in full-cycle recruitment and specialization in complex case resolution, Sharath also contributed to the establishment of a Japanese automotive offshore development center during tenure at L & T Technology Services Limited. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from PSG College of Technology and a BBA from Maharshi Dayanand University.
