Umairah Roslan is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Talent Acquisition (Team Lead) at Bosch Malaysia since February 2022, Umairah previously held roles as Senior Recruiter at VAT Malaysia from September 2021 to February 2022 and HR Assistant (Recruiter & Compensation Benefit) at Island Hospital Penang from January 2019 to August 2021. Earlier in the career, Umairah worked as a Recruiter at Agensi Pekerjaan Be One from May 2018 to December 2018. Umairah holds a Degree in Business Administration (Hons.) in Investment Management and a Diploma in Business Studies, both from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
