Dirk Endres

Dirk Endres has extensive experience in quality management and engineering, currently serving as Manager of Quality Management and Methods in Design and Test Engineering at Bosch Security Systems since January 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing global quality management of Intrusion Alarm Systems and leading a quality group across multiple international sites. Prior roles at Robert Bosch include Product Quality Improvement Manager, where Dirk monitored global product returns and facilitated Quality Function Deployment workshops, and an Application Engineer focused on fuel rail designs for the automotive sector. Dirk's early experience as a Mechanical Engineer involved the development of precision spindle analyzers. Dirk holds an MBA in Environmentally Sustainable Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering, both from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
