Simon Sonderfeld

Simon Sonderfeld has extensive work experience in various roles within the Bosch group. Simon started their career as an intern at Bosch - Automotive Aftermarket in 2001. Simon then joined SAP Business Consulting as a Diploma Thesis & Intern in 2005. Sonderfeld joined Bosch Rexroth in 2007 as part of the Junior Managers Program before moving on to Bosch Healthcare Solutions. At Bosch Healthcare Solutions, they held roles as an Office of the Management Board, Account & Project Manager, and Senior Manager of the Deployment Team. Sonderfeld continued their career at Bosch Southeast Asia, where they held the positions of Head of Business Development Southeast Asia and Regional Head External Affairs and Government Relations. Simon then joined Bosch Connected Devices and Solutions as the Head of Strategic Marketing before taking on their current role as the Director of Global Sales at Bosch Sensortec GmbH.

Simon Sonderfeld completed the Strategy Execution Programme at INSEAD in 2022. In 2015-2016, they attended the Cranfield School of Management for High Performance Leadership. Prior to that, from 2010-2011, they pursued Medical Science for Engineers at Ulm University. Their undergraduate education was at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2000-2006, where they obtained a Dipl. Wi.-Ing. degree in Industrial Engineering & Management.
