Clarissa Carsten has extensive experience in human resources and change management, currently serving as the Chief Expert for Top Executive Enabling and Events at Bosch, where responsibilities include directing leadership culture and leading the Bosch Executive Forum. With a background in digital transformation, talent acquisition, and global talent management, Clarissa has held multiple leadership roles across various organizations including HR Manager and Head of HR. Previous experience includes positions at BMW Group, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, and Siemens, focusing on change management processes, leadership development, and HR marketing. Educational qualifications include a diploma in Organization Management from Hochschule München and a Master’s in Management/MBA from SIBE. Clarissa is also certified as a Project Management Professional.
