Kristen McNeil

Kristen McNeil currently serves as the North America Talent Acquisition Lead for the Building Technologies Division at Bosch since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kristen was a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Baldwin Richardson Foods from December 2019 to January 2023, specializing in recruitment for the beverage syrup industry. Kristen also held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at GateHouse Media from February 2016 to January 2019, successfully achieving over 100 new hires annually while minimizing costs associated with outsourcing. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources/Program Director at Emerge - American Express, where Kristen managed a $1B sales program and aligned HR functions with sales strategy, and leading business development and HR functions at EarthLink from 2004 to July 2013. Kristen McNeil holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from SUNY Brockport.
