Mark Klossner has extensive work experience in marketing and communications. Mark began their career as a General Reporter, where they gained experience in various fields such as news, courts/police/crime, and sports. Mark quickly took on additional responsibilities, including managing staff and ensuring timely publication. Mark also worked on incorporating proprietary pagination software into the company's publications.

Following this, Mark joined the Wisconsin Realtors Association as a Marketing Communications Editor, where they were responsible for producing monthly newsletters and materials for shows and events. Mark Klossner attended Dodgeland High School from 1985 to 1989, where they earned their High School Diploma with a focus on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 1989 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism-Ad/PR in 1994.
