Radwa Selim began their work experience in 2019 with an internship at the Industrial Development and Workers Bank of Egypt. In 2020, they joined CIB Egypt as a Telesales Representative, where they described and explained the bank's products to customers, answered their questions, and worked as a Pre-Screener to assess credit acceptance criteria. In their role, they processed incoming applications to meet productivity targets. In 2022, Radwa joined Bosta as a Customer Support Specialist.
Radwa Selim completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Faculty of Commerce English Section between 2018 and 2022.
