Natalie Correa

Natalie A. Correa is an experienced dance educator and program manager currently serving as the Manager of Dance Programs at Boston University since October 2025. Concurrently, Natalie is a part-time faculty member at Boston Ballet, teaching various dance programs, including salsa and classical ballet. As a previous Community Education Program Manager, Natalie oversaw partnerships with local schools and developed adaptive dance programs for individuals with disabilities. Additional roles include Latin Dance Teacher at Baila Con Natalie and Dance & Party Motivator at Siagel Productions. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English and Art History with a concentration in Gender, Sexuality & Women's Studies from the College of the Holy Cross. Natalie's commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility is evident through various roles, including serving on the DEIB Employee Council and participating as a DEIA Board Representative at the National Dance Institute.
