Nora Guerrera

Nora Guerrera is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a Practicing Serendipitist at The Practice of Serendipity since January 2025 and as Managing Director at Northome Group since February 2023. In addition, Nora holds a position as part-time faculty at Parsons School of Design - The New School since May 2022, contributing as an adjunct professor in the Strategic Design and Management program. Previous roles include Director of Design Strategy at Foundry from February 2022 to January 2023, Vice President of Digital Solutions at Wells Fargo from June 2020 to February 2022, and various leadership positions at West Monroe Partners and U.S. Bank, including Vice President of Innovation. Nora's educational background comprises a Master's degree in Strategic Design & Management from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Connecticut College.
