Kathryn Milograno Vick

Kathryn Milograno Vick has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Kathryn currently works at The Boston Beer Company, where they started in 2018 as a Recruiter and has since been promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager and currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead. Prior to that, they worked at Sevenstep as a Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Lead Recruiter, and finally as the Manager of Client Services. Kathryn also worked at Aetna as a Lead Recruiter and at New Avon as a Talent Acquisition professional. Before entering the field of talent acquisition, Kathryn worked as a 1:1 ABA Teacher's Aide at Danvers Public Schools and as a Family Support Specialist at Mohawk Valley Community Action Agency.

Kathryn Milograno Vick holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the State University of New York Institute of Technology, which they earned from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Associate's degree in Psychology at Mohawk Valley Community College from 2008 to 2010. In 2019, they obtained certification as a Certified Practitioner from The Predictive Index.
