Mindy Neiman

Mindy Neiman has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Mindy currently holds the position of Director, People & Culture at The Boston Beer Company. Prior to this, Mindy worked at Merck, where they served as Director, Talent Initiatives from 2019 to 2021. Mindy also held the roles of Director, Supply Chain Management from 2017 to 2018, and Director, HR Business Partner from 2012 to 2017. Before joining Merck, Mindy worked at Avaya as an HR Business Partner from 2005 to 2012, at NBCUniversal, Inc. as an HR Business Partner from 2003 to 2005, and at PepsiCo as an HR Business Partner from 2001 to 2003.

Mindy Neiman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Mindy also holds a Masters degree in Human Resources from the same university.
