Mustapha Shaikh has over two decades of experience in the technology industry. Mustapha began their career in 1994 as a Senior Software Engineer at Intrinsic Management Consultants. Mustapha then worked as a Technology Consultant at Data-Core Consulting and Fidelity Investments in 1997 and 1998 respectively. In 2006, they moved to Fidelity Investments, Inc. as an IT Strategy. In 2010, they became the President of National Dental Management Group, LLC, which they founded and acquired in 2015. Mustapha co-founded Oshi Capital Management, LLC in 2011 and then became the CEO of Humjai Technologies, Inc (rebranded as Boston Byte) in 2016. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Ellora Systems, where they are dedicated to improving the speed, quality, and delivery of care.

Mustapha Shaikh attended Harvard Business School from 2013 to 2015, where they earned an Owner President Management degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Mustapha then attended Savitribai Phule Pune University and earned an MS in Computer Applications and Management. Mustapha also attended Center for Development of Advanced Computing and earned a Post Grad Diploma in Advanced Computing in the field of Advanced Computing and Software Engineering. Finally, Mustapha Shaikh attended Marathwada University and earned a BS in Physics & Mathematics.
