Antonio Méndez

Antonio Mendoza is a dedicated engineering intern with a strong background in software and electrical engineering. Currently interning at La Unidad Latina, Lambda Upsilon Lambda Fraternity, Inc., as a Software Engineer Intern, Antonio has gained expertise in web development and collaborative coding practices. As a Technical Project Intern at the Society of Latinx Engineers and Scientists, organizational and leadership skills were demonstrated through managing events and workshops. In previous roles, including Powertrain Engineer Intern and Project Engineer Intern at Bruin Racing, Antonio developed advanced circuit designs and spearheaded the integration of innovative technologies in high-performance vehicles. As an Electrical Engineer Intern with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, hands-on experience was gained through various projects, including programming and electronics design. Antonio is currently pursuing a degree at UCLA, expected to graduate in 2026.
