Amy Orr

Amy Orr is an experienced professional in shareholder engagement and integrated capital strategies. Currently serving as the Director of U.S. Shareholder Engagement at Boston Common Asset Management since April 2022, Amy previously held the position of Director of Integrated Capitals at The F.B. Heron Foundation from August 2013 to May 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing grantmaking and investment activities while measuring the social performance of investments. Amy's early career includes roles as a Research Assistant at The New School, where co-authorship of key publications took place, and multiple positions in research and consulting at RogersCasey. Amy holds a Master of Science in International Affairs, Development from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance from Portland State University.
