Susan Shea

Susan Shea is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in housing authority roles since 2000. At the Boston Housing Authority since April 2020, Susan excels in project management and construction representation. Prior to this, Susan spent nearly 14 years at Metro Housing|Boston, where roles included Manager for Special Projects in Inspectional Services, Construction Monitor for the Home Modification Loan Program, QA and Training Manager, and Inspections Department Program Manager. Susan's responsibilities encompassed coordinating inspections, managing project funding, conducting quality assurance audits, and training inspectors across Greater Boston.
