Michael Costa

Michael Costa currently serves as the Director of Production and Production Manager at Boston Lyric Opera since November 2022. Previously, Michael co-founded and co-owned DIM Entertainment, successfully managing over 300 events with a workforce of more than 100 employees from August 2020 until January 2023. Other notable roles include Director of Production and Production Manager at the National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene from February 2020 to November 2022, and Technical Director positions at Berkshire Theatre Festival and Five Towns College. Michael's early experience includes roles such as Master Carpenter and Technical Director at various theaters and institutions. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Acting and Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology from Dean College, along with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts-Music from Saint Anselm College.
