Caryn Doyle is the current Chief Financial Officer at Boston Market. Caryn has held this position since January 2018. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President Business Unit Finance at Danone North America from January 2017 to December 2018. In this role, they achieved notable financial results for all U.S. businesses within assigned unit, totaling $5.5B in net revenue. Caryn also designed the Finance Team’s organizational structure to support a fully-integrated business unit Marketing Team.

Before their time at Danone North America, Ms. Doyle was the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Americas Food & Beverage Segment at WhiteWave Foods from January 2016 to December 2017. In this role, they drove revenue growth and profitability in a cross-functional capacity across the areas of supply chain, sales and marketing. Ms. Doyle has also served on the Capital and Risk Management Committees and led a staff of seven direct and 55 indirect reports.

Ms. Doyle is a proven leader in the financial industry with a track record of success in driving growth and profitability. Caryn is a strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and develop creative solutions to complex problems. Ms. Doyle is an excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships and gain trust at all levels of an organization.

Caryn Doyle has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management with a focus in finance and marketing. Caryn also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in accounting from DePaul University. Caryn is also a certified public accountant (not active) in the state of Illinois and recipient of the Elijah Watts Sells Award.

Caryn Doyle reports to Eric Wyatt, Chief Executive Officer. Caryn Doyle works with and Randy Miller - Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel.
