R&d Materials Engineer Team Lead at Boston Metal

Ravneet Kaur Kailey has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. In 2016, they were an Engineering Intern at Trident Group India, where they worked on water treatment plant and studied waste water treatment plant. In 2017, they were an Engineering Intern at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre. In 2018, they were a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Jacobs. In 2020, they were a Research Assistant at Michigan Technological University. In 2021, they were a Research Assistant at Michigan Tech Materials Science and Engineering, where they worked on applications of Solar Photovoltaics in Impressed Current Cathodic Protection, designed and performed simulations on COMSOL Multiphysics, and wrote manuscripts for research. Ravneet Kaur also connected with prospective associates for the project. In 2022, they are currently an R&D Electrochemical Engineer at Boston Metal and a Climatebase Founding Fellow at Climatebase.

Ravneet Kaur Kailey graduated from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology in 2018 with a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering. Ravneet Kaur then pursued a Master of Science in Materials Science at Michigan Technological University, which they are expected to complete in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Learning AutoCAD from LinkedIn in 2022, SQL Essential Training from LinkedIn in 2021, Solar Energy System Design from Coursera in 2021, and Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn in 2021.
