Chris Monson

Chris Monson is a seasoned manufacturing engineering professional with extensive experience in various engineering roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Manufacturing Engineering Associate Director at Boston Scientific since November 2016, Chris has progressed through various engineering management positions, including Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Prior to Boston Scientific, Chris held several key positions at Pentair, including Materials Manager and Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on materials management, assembly operations, and continuous improvement. Earlier career experiences include roles at Bellcomb Technologies, Element Materials Technology, HITCO Carbon Composites, Sikorsky Aircraft, and the USDA Forest Service as a Wildland Firefighter. Chris holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
