Gina M. Caramadre

Gina M. Caramadre, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with a diverse background in digital portfolio management, user experience design, and creative operations. Currently serving as Digital Portfolio Lead at Boston Scientific, Gina oversees an expansive portfolio of projects, facilitating growth from 12 to over 30 teams while transitioning to agile practices. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager on the User Experience Design team and project management positions at ALEX AND ANI and PixelMEDIA, where significant contributions were made to project life cycles and team operations. Additionally, Gina founded ETERNAL, LLC, a crafting business focused on preserving flowers, and held the position of Secretary at Greenwich Estates Condo Association. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from the University of Rhode Island and has been featured in multiple publications for creative endeavors.
