Sean Sciara

Sean Sciara is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales enablement, marketing, and project management within the medical device industry. Currently serving as Vice President, Sales Enablement and Cardiology Sales PMO at Boston Scientific since June 2015, Sean is tasked with enhancing project management capabilities in the $3B US Cardiology Sales Division. Previous roles at Boston Scientific include VP, General Manager and Integration Lead, where responsibilities encompassed the integration of a significant acquisition, and Vice President of Global Marketing for Electrophysiology, overseeing all marketing activities for a range of electrophysiology products. Prior to Boston Scientific, Sean held various leadership positions at Greatbatch, Inc. and Guidant, focusing on marketing strategy, product management, and sales operations. Sean's military background as a Supply Officer in the U.S. Navy complements a robust educational foundation, including a BS in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and multiple MBAs from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
