Sushil began their career in 2007 as an Assistant Manager at General Motors. Sushil was quickly promoted to Section Manager at John Deere in 2008, where they oversaw quality control for the company’s global operations. In 2010, they joined Stryker as a Team Lead for the CQR function, which comprises of Quality, Reliability and Sterility engineers.

At Stryker, Sushil led various global new product development projects along with cross divisional and cross functional teams present at global locations. Sushil also oversaw the completion of Design reviews , testing, validation and verification activities as per project plan. In 2015, they joined Boston Scientific as a Senior Project Manager.
