Sushil Nagpal

Sushil Nagpal is a Senior Project Manager at Boston Scientific. Sushil has over ten years of experience in leading teams and overseeing projects in the medical device industry.

Sushil began their career in 2007 as an Assistant Manager at General Motors. Sushil was quickly promoted to Section Manager at John Deere in 2008, where they oversaw quality control for the company’s global operations. In 2010, they joined Stryker as a Team Lead for the CQR function, which comprises of Quality, Reliability and Sterility engineers.

At Stryker, Sushil led various global new product development projects along with cross divisional and cross functional teams present at global locations. Sushil was responsible for resource identification, training and aligning them as per project requirements. Sushil also oversaw the completion of Design reviews , testing, validation and verification activities as per project plan. In 2015, they joined Boston Scientific as a Senior Project Manager.

Sushil Nagpal's educational career includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Dronacharya College of Engineering, a General Management and Leadership Program from INSEAD, and various certifications from ProChain Solutions, Inc., BSI, IRCA Global, Omnex Inc., TÜV SÜD South Asia, PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter, and ASQ - World Headquarters.
