Suz Diercksen

Suz Diercksen is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in global recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the US and Canada at Boston Scientific since June 2025, Diercksen previously held the role of Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where the focus was on large-scale recruitment efforts. Diercksen also spent 15 years at Medtronic, progressing through various strategic roles, including leading the global transformation to a skills-based talent strategy, overseeing a $45M budget, and partnering with executives to enhance talent development. Diercksen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Assumption University.
