Wendy Carruthers

Wendy Carruthers is currently the SVP of Human Resources at Boston Scientific. Wendy has held this position since September 2003. Prior to that, they were the VP of HR Europe at Cable & Wireless from October 2000 to September 2003. Before that, they were the HR Director France at Diageo from February 1994 to September 2000. Her career began at Tesco, where they were the Personnel and Training Executive/Grad Trainee from September 1990 to December 1992.

Wendy Carruthers has a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from The University of Salford. Wendy also has certification from CIPD in Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Wendy Carruthers reports to Michael F. Mahoney, Chairman & CEO. They work with Vance Brown - SVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Stephen Morse - SVP & President, Asia Pacific, and Ian Meredith - EVP & Global Chief Medical Officer.
