Jennifer Roosa Williams is the Director of Development Research and Information Systems and Analytics at Boston Symphony Orchestra. Jennifer has over fifteen years of experience in the fundraising and nonprofit sector.

Jennifer began their career in 2005 as a Fundraising/Public Relations Coordinator for Rhode Island Free Clinic. Jennifer served a one year Americorps VISTA term there, during which time the clinic began a capital campaign and construction on a new combined office and clinic space. In this position, Jennifer wrote grants, direct mail appeals, acknowledgement letters, press releases, and updated the media kit. Jennifer also established a news section on the clinic’s website and managed communications volunteers. Jennifer attended cultivation events, philanthropy committee sessions, and communications advisory group meetings. During their time at the clinic, they created a newsletter and wrote content for the first issues.

In 2006, Jennifer began working for Boston Lyric Opera as their Annual Fund Manager. Jennifer was responsible for executing annual fund strategies and managing a portfolio of donor relationships. Jennifer also oversaw donor stewardship and benefits fulfillment. In this role, they increased annual giving revenue by 25% within their first three years.

In 2012, Jennifer joined Access International as their Director of Sales and Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for leading the sales team, developing marketing plans, and executing growth strategies. Jennifer helped to increase sales by 50% within their first year.

In 2018, Jennifer became the Director of Sales and Marketing for AndarSoftware. AndarSoftware brings together two leading providers of fundraising solutions - ACCESS International and Helix Ltd. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for leading the sales team, developing marketing plans, and executing growth strategies.

Jennifer has a proven track record of success in fundraising and nonprofit organizations. Jennifer is a strategic thinker with a passion for helping organizations grow and reach their full potential.

Jennifer Roosa Williams has a MBA in Public and Non-Profit Management from Questrom School of Business at Boston University, and a BA in Communications from Boston College.

Jennifer Roosa Williams reports to Gail Samuel, President and Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Sue Elliott - Tanglewood Learning Institute Director, Lynn G. Larsen - Orchestra Manager and Director of Orchestra Personnel, and Leslie Wu Foley - Director of Education and Community Engagement.
