Diana Avetikyan

Diana Avetikyan has a strong background in HR and accounting, with over 20 years of experience in various companies. Diana currently holds the role of Lead of HR administration at BostonGene, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Converse Bank as the Head of HR from July 2019 to March 2023. In this role, they partnered with the leadership team to execute HR strategies and provided support to HR generalists and management.

Before joining Converse Bank, Diana was the Head of Internal accounting unit at Converse Bank CJSC from April 2012 to June 2019. Diana also served as a Reporting Specialist at ProCredit Bank CJSC from July 2011 to April 2012 and at Ameriabank CJSC from July 2010 to July 2011.

Earlier in their career, Diana held accounting positions at Cascade Bank CJSC from June 2008 to July 2010, Armenian Development Bank OJSC from December 2005 to June 2008, and Simeron Enterprises Ltd from September 2002 to August 2003.

Diana started their career as an Economist at the Ministry of Finance and Economy of RA in May 2002 and later worked as an Administrative Officer at Janus employment agency from November 2000 to May 2002.

Diana Avetikyan completed their education from 1995 to 2000. During this time, they attended the Armenian State University of Economics and obtained a degree in Manager with a specialization in economist-manager. Additionally, they also attended the Yerevan State Institute of Economics, where they pursued a degree in Management with a focus on economist-manager.
