Mila Kolomys

Mila Kolomys has a strong background in human resources and personnel management. Mila currently works as an HR at BostonGene since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Deputy Head of Department and Automation Process Manager at Страховая компания "Согласие" from 2017 to 2020. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Personnel Department Manager at KidZania. Before that, they worked as a Personnel Department Manager at NCC RUSSIA - Nanotechnological Composites Center from 2012 to 2015. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Personnel Manager at ООО МуВох - ОАО Эффортел. Mila gained experience as a Personnel Specialist at Efes Rus in 2007 and as a Personnel Department Manager at Auchan in both 2007 and 2002.
