Dan Bowen has a diverse range of work experience. Dan began their career as a Mechanic at Dare Valley Cycles in 2012 and later worked as an Assistant Surveyor at Center Point Surveying in 2013. In 2015, they became a Design Engineer at Mpac Langen, where they focused on the design and development of autonomous packaging machinery. From 2018 to 2023, they worked at the University of Bath, first as a PhD Researcher, where they designed and developed an 8-axis machine to automate the English wheel process, and later as a Research Assistant in Market Research and an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Modelling and Simulation.
