Swarup Henry

Swarup Henry has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Swarup currently holds the position of Chief Business Development Specialist at Botanic Healthcare, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Vanguard Group of Companies as the President-Sales, Marketing & Commercial from 2020 to 2022, and as the Senior Vice President Sales Marketing from 2015 to 2020. Swarup also served as the Vice President Marketing at Juggat Pharma from 2014 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Swarup held various leadership roles at Vanguard Group of Companies, Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, Zydus Group, Micro Labs Limited, AUROBINDO PHARMA LTD, and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Overall, Swarup has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development in the pharmaceutical industry.

Swarup Henry's education history begins with completing their secondary education in 1982 from the Board of Secondary Education. Swarup then pursued higher education at the Board of Intermediate Education and completed their XII in 1984. In the same year, they enrolled at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, where they earned a B.Pharm (Hons.) degree in Pharmacy from 1984 to 1988.

After a few years, Swarup Henry furthered their education by attending the Sri Venkateswara University from 1989 to 1991. During this time, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing. In 1994 to 1995, Swarup enrolled in the Indian Institute of Export Management to pursue a Post-Graduate Diploma in Exports Management (PGDM) without specifying a particular field of study.
