Shaun Matza

Shaun Matza is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in managerial and leadership roles within the food industry. Currently serving as General Manager at botanica since December 2019, Shaun previously held the position of Chef at New Seasons Market from April 2018 to December 2019. Prior experience includes being a Culinary Team Lead at Whole Foods Market, where operational excellence was emphasized through fostering a team-centric environment. Shaun also worked as a Lead Broker at Corporate Barter Solutions from July 2013 to August 2014. Shaun is an alumnus of the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
