Herbert Latham

Herbert Latham is an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager with a background in customer success strategy and operations. Herbert has worked in various companies such as Botify, Victorious, and athenahealth, where Herbert focused on client support, process improvement, and product education. Herbert also has experience in people strategy coordination at companies like dataxu and Toast, Inc. Prior to their corporate roles, Herbert served as a CH-53E Weapons & Tactics Crew Chief Instructor in the US Marine Corps. Herbert holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UMass Boston.
