Sakher al-Adaileh

Sakher Al-Adaileh has a solid work experience in various roles and industries. Sakher began their career as a Research Intern at Masdar Institute of Science and Technology, where they worked on designing and testing interpenetrating phase composites. Sakher then interned at Cummins Inc. before joining noon as a Data Scientist and Retail Planner. Sakher'sresponsibilities included optimizing data infrastructure, analyzing large amounts of data, and developing automated processes. Sakher then moved on to Swvl, where they served as a Senior Growth Hacker and later as a Growth Hacker. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Growth & Monetization at both Astra Tech and Botim.

Sakher Al-Adaileh completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Sharjah from 2015 to 2019. In 2020-2021, they pursued an MITx MicroMasters in Statistics and Data Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Sakher also obtained several edX Verified Certificates from MIT in subjects like Fundamentals of Statistics, Machine Learning with Python, Probability, and Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python.
