Prasannakumar Sethugopal has a diverse work experience, starting as a Sales Engineer at Industrial Controls and Drives India Private Limited in 2014. Prasannakumar then moved on to roles at Sterling and Wilson, where they worked as a GET Engineer before becoming an Engineer, managing subcontractors and providing technical support. Prasannakumar then transitioned to PlaySolar as a Project Engineer, handling project plans and schedules for solar PV projects. Prasannakumar'stenure at Sterling and Wilson as Planning and Project Control MEP involved coordinating with engineers for timely project delivery. At actyv.ai®, Prasannakumar served as a Product Analyst and later as a Customer Success Manager, setting up customer teams, guiding customer operations, and boosting product adoption. Currently, they hold the position of Lead - Customer Success at Botminds AI, showcasing their expertise in customer service leadership.
