Nikki Lazar

Nikki Lazar has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality and events industry. Nikki began their career in 2005 as an Event Sales Manager at Bowlero Corporation, where they served as team leader to 6 employees, managing multiple properties, including Union Square, Long Island, Bethesda and Miami. Nikki was responsible for all outbound and inbound sales and opened a new property in Times Square. In 2011, Nikki joined Creative Concepts NYC as Director of New Business Development and The ONE Group as Director of Events. Nikki then joined Bowlero Corporation again in 2013 as Director of Sales. In 2021, Nikki was appointed Vice President, Beverage Programs and Director, Menu Development at Botrista Technology, Inc.

Nikki Lazar graduated from Binghamton University in 2005 with a B.S in Human Development.
