David Roberts

David Roberts has worked in the software engineering field since 2009. In 2009, they worked as an Intern Web Developer at Innovate Software. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as an Application Support Developer at BSkyB. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a PhD Student at Durham University. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Leading Software Engineer and then a Software Engineer at Pulsic. Since 2018, they have been a Senior Research Software Engineer and then a Senior C++ Engineer at Geoteric.

David Roberts received their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from Durham University in 2016. Prior to this, they obtained their BSc (Hons) First Class in Computer Science from Durham University between 2007 and 2010. From 2005 to 2007, they attended Sixth Form College Solihull, where they obtained an A Level in Computing (A), Mathematics (B), Ancient History (B), and Critical Thinking AS (C). Before that, they attended International School and Community College East Birmingham, where they obtained GCSEs in History (A*), Mathematics (A), English (A, B), Electronics (A), ICT (Distinction), and French (A) between 2000 and 2005.
