Ronald Tshikedi, FIISA has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked at Botswana Insurance Company in various roles since 1992. Currently an Underwriter, Ronald previously held the position of Branch Manager, where Ronald managed operations, met targets, and developed new business. With a background in Accounts Technician, Ronald handles payments, bank reconciliation, and has advanced their education with an Associateship in Short Term Insurance from the University of South Africa.
