Michelle Moye

Michelle Moye currently serves as the People & Experience Lead at Bottle Rocket, where responsibilities include overseeing Human Resources processes, policies, and projects such as performance management and benefits administration. Previously, Michelle Moye worked at Tanner Health System from November 2008 to March 2022 in various roles, including Director of Learning and Development, where efforts focused on developing learning strategies aligned with organizational objectives and promoting DEI initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles as Human Resources Compliance Manager, Administrative Assistant in Human Resources, and Senior Staffing Supervisor at Kelly Services. Michelle Moye holds a BS in Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Psychology from the New York Institute of Technology.
