Product Support Specialist at Bottlecapps

Myra is a member of the Product Support and Development Team. Currently, she is tasked with reviewing Tickets/Questions that come in from Bottlecapps’ clients. After carefully reviewing those tickets, Myra delegates them to the appropriate departments for resolution, and updates the client accordingly. Client Satisfaction is at the forefront of everything Myra does.

Prior to working at Bottlecapps, Myra worked as a Customer Advocate for Verizon. The most important skill she learned was customer service. She understands the need and sense of urgency when addressing a customer’s need. Myra is also very comfortable working under pressure and multitasking.
