Aubrey Richards

Aubrey Richards has extensive experience in education and program management. Aubrey currently works as a Success Program Director at Bottom Line, overseeing the delivery of quality services within the College Success Program. Previously, Aubrey managed teams and developed programs at College Possible and Housing Opportunities for Women. Aubrey started their career as a teacher through Teach For America and has a strong background in youth advocacy and support. Aubrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.
