John Stevens

VP Emeritus | Corporate Marketing - Global Communications at Bottomline Technologies

John Stevens has extensive experience in corporate marketing, brand content, and communications roles. John most recently worked at Bottomline as the VP of Corporate Marketing - Global Communications, where they led a team responsible for guiding the storytelling of business payments transformation. Prior to that, they were the VP of Global Corporate Marketing at Worldpay, overseeing brand management and content talent. John also served as the Head of Brand Content, Corporate Marketing, VP at Vantiv, Inc. (now Worldpay), leading content efforts for brand and thought leadership. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Litle & Co., Digitas Inc., and CMGI Inc., where they led corporate communications and restructuring-related communications. John also took personal sabbaticals during their career to pursue personal adventures.

John Stevens has pursued non-degreed graduate work in Philosophy at Harvard University, where they focused on both Harvard and Harvard Divinity School. John also obtained a BA in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In addition to their formal education, John has acquired certifications in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn and Revenue Marketing Master Class from The Pedowitz Group in 2021.
