Neil Trotter

Neil oversees fleet operations for the company’s 127 vehicles and 250 curtain-sided trailers.

His responsibilities include driver recruitment and compliance, fleet compliance, VOSA OCRS scores, engaging in return load activity to increase revenue per mile, managing short lead time requirements, selecting and managing sub-contractors to assist with peak demand planning, and overseeing their Palletline services.

As well as day-to-day transport operations, Neil also manages a number of key customer relationships.
