They began their career as a Software Engineer Intern at AAA in 2017, where they developed an asset inventory system and created a chatbot menu using technologies like Heroku, PHP, and MySQL. In 2018, Bailey joined Office Divvy as a Software Engineer, collaborating with co-founders to develop and maintain various business-to-consumer and business-to-business applications, including a resource scheduling calendar application using React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL.
In 2019, Bailey joined Boulevard as a Software Engineer I in the Customer Onboarding team, where they built scripts for data extraction from customers' previous software using TypeScript, Puppeteer, and SQLite. At Boulevard, Bailey progressed to the role of Software Engineer II in both the Customer Onboarding and Professional Experience teams. They also developed mission-critical data import capabilities in Elixir, improving customer satisfaction. Bailey enhanced platform performance by rewriting AngularJS components in React, reducing technical debt.
In the Professional Experience team, Bailey successfully contributed to the development of the Forms v2 application at Boulevard. They implemented a visual builder for real-time form editing and preview, reducing dependency on customer success reps. Bailey utilized cutting-edge technologies like Module Federation and React to ensure seamless integration and scalability.

Bailey Granam obtained an Associate's Degree in Associate of Arts from Daytona State College, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Stetson University, completing it from 2016 to 2019.
