Akanksha Goyal has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they worked as a Management Trainee at DiagRight until May 2022. From September 2022 to February 2023, they worked at Jollee (formerly bundleojoy) in the Founder's Office. Currently, since May 2023, they are part of the Founder's Office at B O U L T.

Akanksha Goyal completed their Secondary Education at St. Joseph's Convent Sen. Sec. School, Bathinda from 2002 to 2012. Akanksha then pursued Higher Secondary Education at St. Joseph's Convent Sen. Sec. School, Bathinda from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they attended Panjab University and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Banking Hons.) degree in Business/Commerce. From 2019 to 2021, they enrolled in SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and completed a PGDM degree in Business Analytics.
