Hannah Abbey

Hannah Abbey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service. Currently serving as the Director of Collections at Bounce since December 2023, Hannah previously held key roles at Coast Professional, Inc. from September 2014 to December 2023, including Director of Operations, Consumer Care Manager, and Consumer Care Training Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at The Garden Factory from March 2008 to September 2014, where responsibilities encompassed customer assistance, inventory management, and sales. Additionally, Hannah worked as a Line Server/Cashier at Mary Jemison Dining Hall at SUNY Geneseo during the 2012-2013 academic year. Hannah holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo, complemented by studies at Monroe Community College and Spencerport High School.
