Lauren Baynes

Lauren Baynes serves as the Vice President of Operations at Bounce Imaging, where the company produces tactical cameras for enhanced situational awareness for first responders and law enforcement. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Vice President for Portfolio & Selection at 43North, managing investment operations for innovative startups. With extensive experience in public service, Lauren spent several years working for State Senator Timothy M. Kennedy in various capacities, including Chief of Staff and Legislative Director. Earlier roles included caseworker for the U.S. House of Representatives, handling constituent outreach and casework. Lauren holds a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from the University at Buffalo, graduating summa cum laude.
