Currently serving as the Director of Franchise Operations and Director of Operations at Scooter's Coffee since June 2022, Darren has held key leadership positions at several prominent companies including P'sghetti's Pasta & Sandwiches, Crazy Bowls and Wraps, Panera Bread, TGI Fridays, Ameristar Casino, and Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar.
